Payment:

How do I make a purchase?
When you have decided on the item, email gabrielle_saiph@yahoo.com.sg with the product code, your name and address. I will get back to you with my bank details. All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars.

Mode of payments:

Inter-bank Transfers

Note all purchases will be shipped once payment is confirmed.

Singapore buyers

You may use DBS/POSB bank deposits in SGD.

*Free Local Shipping for purchases over SGD$100. Free shipping applies for addresses within Singapore only.

International buyers

Credit card payments via PayPal are accepted. Paypal payment bill will be sent over via Email Paypal. However, if you use an eCheck, your purchase will be shipped only after payment is cleared.

Shipping:

Items are carefully packed in Pink Elephant Label’s packaging and mailed in a bubble envelope. Our shipping costs are calculated by weight, so we try to keep them down by avoiding heavy and unnecessary packaging. However, some items with a more fragile structure will come to you in a box.

After payment, your order ships within three business days. If your PayPal address is different from the one provided during checkout, there may be a slight delay while the correct address is being verified.

Packages are shipped via SingPost registered mail which requires a signature upon delivery. Please contact us separately if express courier delivery (EMS) is required. Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout stage based on the total weight and destination of your order, starting from $6.00 for international delivery and $3.00 for Singapore delivery.

Singapore customers now have the option of local normal mail starting from $1.50. This is a more affordable alternative but there is no tracking or compensation and Pink Elephant Label cannot be responsible for loss or damage once these packages have been sent out.

Please note that all duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Pink Elephant Label shall not be liable for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities.

Approximate schedule (post office estimate), denoting the time from which your package leaves us to when it reaches your address:

Singapore – 2 business days

Asia Pacific – 4 to 6 business days

UK – 4 to 8 business days

Europe – 5 to 12 business days

USA, Middle East – 6 to 12 business days
Upon shipment of your order, we update your order status with the article registration number. If you do not receive your package within the estimated time frame, you can track it by selecting your country here. Tracking is not available for all countries.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your shipment after 4 weeks, please contact us so that we can request a tracing report from the post office.

Refunds/Exchanges

Should any item reach you in damaged condition, please let us know at once. Also, if you’re unhappy with your purchase in any way, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, and we will work with you for a resolution. Refunds or exchanges are made on a case-by-case basis only. We cannot accept returns on customized items.
Returns should be in new and unused with Pink Elephant Label’s tags attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. All initial and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Your Privacy

Pink Elephant Label will never expose your information to third parties, and will not disclose such information to third parties without your explicit consent unless we are required to by law.
We may, from time to time, send announcements or promotions via email.
Most importantly, we do not collect or store any other financial information.
